As a working-class Black woman, I’ve navigated leadership in industries that weren’t built with me in mind. I’ve built a coaching business that centres underrepresented professionals and helps them achieve results that speak louder than credentials ever could.

For more than four years, I’ve supported Black, Asian, and Mixed-Race professionals across the TV and media industry to move from stuck to seen.
My clients have worked with some of the biggest names in the industry including SKY, Netflix, Channel 4, Fremantle and more. I’ve helped them build careers that are sustainable, strategic, and aligned with who they really are.
I also coach and train leaders in tech and social-impact industries. I guide them in developing presence, impactful leadership, communicating with confidence and making purposeful career moves that align with the legacy they’re building.
